Diane Carazas

Michael FeinsonDiane is a senior level bilingual (English, Spanish) professional with over twenty-five years of international and national experience working in or consulting to international development organizations, with extensive experience working in Latin America. She excels in working to optimize the potential of those around her to accomplish organizational mission and professional goals. She has managed large country offices with more than 200 staff.   She believes in the collective wisdom of a group and coaches senior leaders to develop high performance teams.  She inspires and provides methodologies for teams to focus on strengthening collaboration with all stakeholders through identifying a shared vision and a plan for realizing results. Her clients include Plan International, CARE, and Management Sciences for Health, Ghana Health Service, Casals, and Dana Farber Institute. Diane holds a Master’s in International Administration from the School for International Training and is a candidate for a coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).  She also holds a certificate in strategic human resources from Wharton University.   Diane is married to a Bolivian public health obstetrician and has four adult children.  She enjoys indigenous dance, tennis, and gardening.

He is a facilitator who helps organizations develop and align vision and mission with strategic goals and action plans. Jim’s areas of focus are the not-for-profit, higher education, governmental and business sectors. For nearly 30 years, he led small to large, complex organizations in the public sector. As Commissioner of New Jersey’s largest cabinet agency he introduced such organizational change strategies as “Appreciative Inquiry” and “Open Space Technology” to create collaborative, inclusive approaches to planning and implementation. His innovative strategies led to nationally recognized human service system reforms. He also served as Chief of State Government Operations in the Office of the New Jersey Governor and before that spent 25 years as a city manager. Loretta Donovan

Ada Jo MannLoretta L. Donovan is a cutting edge, versatile contributor to organizational development and corporate learning. She brings perspective and professional commitment from a wealth of experience as an executive and consultant, including strategic leadership for large scale change, leadership development, performance assessment, employee engagement, and elearning.

Loretta is the Corporate Director of Organizational Learning and Leadership at Health Quest System, and has held senior internal consulting roles at St. Francis Hospital – The Heart Center, Girl Scouts of the USA, ClientSoft, Inc., Sungard HE/SCT, and the March of Dimes.  As an author, her work has been published in the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations, the Proceedings of the Academy of Management, the Academy of Human Resource Development Annual Proceedings, and the AMA Handbook of eLearning. She has presented at regional, international and national conferences on leadership, change management, and social media.

Loretta’s doctoral studies in Organizational Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, ColumbiaUniversity are culminating in research on her original framework for organizational change, Appreciative Transformative Learning.

Lisa Hirsh 

Robert LaliberteLisa thrives on improving organizational performance and spirit.  She integrates the business and interpersonal sides of leadership and teams so that people accomplish their goals and deepen their working relationships.  Lisa concentrates on the interconnection and impact of each part of a system, leveraging the strengths of individuals, teams and the organization.

In her 28 years of organizational change experience in large and small businesses, healthcare and education, Lisa has harnessed the power of stories and uses film to capture the impact of a change initiative and a team’s learning, especially in health care.

Lisa is known for helping clients navigate thorny conflicts and has facilitated both sensitive small meetings and company-wide sessions. She has led strategic planning processes, coached senior leaders and middle managers, designed innovative approaches to mobilize organizations for change, and helped clients develop learning cultures. Lisa has led leadership development programs, and taught consulting skills and organizational change courses.

Her clients include The Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pfizer, State Street, and The Government of Newfoundland.

Lisa taught the Leadership Journey at Oberlin College and has been a guest lecturer on culture change at Boston College Leadership for Social Change.  She holds a C.A.S from Harvard University with a focus on organizational change, and an M.ED from Lesley University and B.A. from Oberlin College.

Her strong belief in the inherent capacity of people makes her focus on leadership, teamwork, culture, and organizational design a natural.

Cheri has more than 30 years experience working in the public and private sectors in the US and around the world. She has trained thousands of trainers, facilitators, and teachers in the use and practice of Appreciative Inquiry and Experiential Learning with a particular focus on shared leadership, teamwork, creativity, learning and innovation.
 
Cheri holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Collaborative Learning, an MBA, a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, and level II certification in Spiral Dynamics Integral. She has authored or co-authored a number of books and articles including The Appreciative Facilitator: Accelerated Learning Practices, From Conflict to Collaboration, and Dynamic Relationships: Unleashing the Power of Appreciative Inquiry in Daily Living. She also co-designed and patented Mobile Team Challenge, an award-winning, portable low ropes course.
