Motivating MDs: How to Bring out the Best in your Docs
Doctors are smart, informed and dedicated, but can be absent or cynical in their approach to organizational administration. Physicians will become allies and powerful agents of transformation when mentored to value based leadership, coached in respectful teamwork, schooled in principled decision-making and supported by a meaningful structure.

A Women’s Mental Health Program experience at Women’s College Hospital
This story describes how the Women’s Mental Health Program has evolved to operate clinically and academically in accordance with feminist principles. Although the Psychiatrist-in-Chief and Administrative Director are part of the team, we have an infrastructure unlike most other programs. In our model, staff share the responsibility for all operational aspects of the program.
