Description
|
|
In this highly collaborative, “deep dive” studio environment, participants will:
- Experience an advanced community of practice where they can share experiences to date, identify their personal strengths as AI practitioners, and expand their capacity to design and lead AI initiatives that result in accelerated, measurable change
- Dive deeply into the limitations and strengths of the 5D cycle for transformational change
- Learn about the latest innovations in the field of strategic-strength based change
Additional Benefits: Participants will be encouraged to bring their cases to present and participate in tailored dialogues drawn from their own situations, which might include:
- How can I use AI to consciously redesign culture AND processes, systems and structures?
- What really has to happen in the early “definition” stages, when we are scoping and budgeting for a project or initiative?
- How can I tailor change initiatives to the strengths and constraints of an organization?
- What kind of AI “form of engagement” should I choose for greatest organizational benefit: AI summits, positive change networks, project teams, cascading inquiries over time or whole system dialogues?
- What does it mean “to be AI” in everyday organizational situations?
