Lisa Hirsh, M.Ed, C.A.S.
Lisa Hirsh helps leaders and organizations make the changes they want to make through strength-based coaching and consulting. Integrating organizational performance and spirit, she has helped leaders gain clarity and focus, think strategically and systemically, encourage innovation, inspire creativity and alignment, and communicate with individuals, teams, and large groups.
Lisa was a founder of Lisa Hirsh Associates; a principal and a leader of the Change Management Practice at CSC Index, a global management consulting firm; and Director of Organizational Development and Training at Keane, Inc. Her clients have included Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pfizer, The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, McKinsey & Co., Amerada Hess, United Way, Exeter Health Resources, Core Physicians, Advocates, Inc., The Center for Multicultural Mental Health Research, and The Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Lisa holds a C.A.S. from Harvard University in Administration, Planning and Social Policy (with a focus on organizational development,) an M. Ed from Lesley University, and a BA from Oberlin College. She is certified in Leadership Agility, Myers-Briggs, and The Coaches Studio, and trained in Appreciative Inquiry and the Gestalt Institute’s Cape Cod Model of coaching and consulting.
